Welcome to SMA

Welcome to Sarawak Maritime Academy which is located in Sibu, Sarawak, Malaysia. We offer Diploma in Nautical Studies and Diploma in Marine Engineering leading to the professional certificate of competency issued by the Marine Department Malaysia upon meeting their requirements. A certifcate of competency is the basic requirement for a seafarer who wished to serve on board a vessel as a Navigating (Deck) Officer or Marine Engineer.
